He practiced as a surgeon for more than 20 years, including founding and directing medical services at Cáritas de Monterrey, before his patient work and service-quality talks pulled him into full-time speaking. He is creator and director of Por el Placer de Vivir Conferencias, and says he has delivered talks and training to more than 22 million people across Mexico, the United States, and Central and South America, with more than 1,000 companies and institutions as clients.
Since 2006 he has hosted the international radio show Por el placer de vivir on more than 125 Univisión Radio stations, hosts the podcast Así o Más Claro, appears Mondays on Televisa's HOY, and appears regularly on Univisión's Despierta América. He is the author of ten books, including ¡Despierta!... que la vida sigue, No te enganches #TodoPasa, ¡Ya supéralo!, and Cuando echarle ganas no es suficiente.
Lozano's live nights are practical Spanish-language PD: attitude, service quality, leadership, and getting unstuck without jargon. Mexican and U.S. Latino SUCCESS readers who want a ticketed evening of usable tools — not a campus retreat — find him on that circuit.

Mexican speaker and best-selling author César Lozano brings his humor-filled talk Felizmente Imperfectos to the Alexis Park Resort in Las Vegas. He shows how to stop chasing perfection and live more lightly and happily, in Spanish.
