Tj Power: The DOSE Experience — Sydney

The DOSE Experience is a live, gamified evening with Tj Power, the neuroscientist and No.1 Sunday Times bestselling author of The DOSE Effect, at Wesley Conference Centre in Sydney. Using your phone, you'll take part in real-time polling and competitive cognitive games while Tj explains how constant overstimulation drains motivation, clouds decisions and saps energy. The evening is built around four neurochemicals: dopamine for motivation and attention, oxytocin for connection and self-esteem, serotonin for energy, and endorphins for stress recovery. It ends with an audience Q&A and a personalised DOSE action plan you can put into practice straight away. Presented by Activate Media Events.
