In the theatre evening Minder Telefoon, Meer Leven at Parktheater Eindhoven (Philipszaal) in Eindhoven, psychologist, young father and author of the bestseller Smartphonevrij Opgroeien Thijs Launspach shows what the attention-devouring apps of Big Tech do to us, and how to use your phone in a healthy way. He looks at how smartphones affect our relationships and the (child's) brain, what parents can do about a child's phone addiction, how to set a good example yourself, and what we get back when we break our digital habits.
