Thijs Launspach: Minder Telefoon, Meer Leven — Amsterdam

Endless scrolling: we all do it, more often than we would like. In the theatre evening Minder Telefoon, Meer Leven at Theater DeLaMar in Amsterdam, psychologist, young father and author of the bestseller Smartphonevrij Opgroeien Thijs Launspach shows what the attention-devouring apps of Big Tech do to us, and how to use your phone in a healthy way. He looks at how smartphones affect our relationships and the (child's) brain, what parents can do about a child's phone addiction, how to set a good example yourself, and what we get back when we break our digital habits. An evening that helps young and old take their lives back from the phone, presented by journalist Thomas van Zijl. A Haagsch College theatre production. The talk is in Dutch.
