Psychologist, speaker and bestselling author Thijs Launspach comes to Theater de Stoomfabriek in Dalfsen with his talk Mentaal gezond in een gestoorde wereld (Staying mentally healthy in a crazy world). An expert on mental health, stress, burnout and the impact of social media, he is known for interactive, accessible and humorous sessions packed with concrete, directly applicable tips.
