Property Development & Joint Venture Workshop - Property Mastermind

Across a live online session and three days on the Gold Coast, this Property Mastermind workshop covers the full property development process — from finding a site to settlement — and how to fund projects with joint ventures so you can do bigger deals without tying up all your own capital. Format: live online kickoff Thursday 1 October 2026 (7–9pm AEST), then three in-person days on the Gold Coast, Friday–Sunday 9–11 October. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea are included each Gold Coast day, with built-in networking. You'll work through the development blueprint (site finding, due diligence, feasibility, acquisition, finance, approvals, construction, marketing, settlement) and joint-venture structures for partnering capital, land, or expertise.
