Nikolaj Jacobsen: I spidsen for holdet — København K

Nikolaj Jacobsen has led Denmark's men's handball team to five World Championship titles, Olympic gold and a European Championship. In his talk I spidsen for holdet he explains the home-grown leadership philosophy behind that run of success: preparation, focus, handling expectation pressure, hunger and ambition, and a culture where everyone makes the effort, every time. Through concrete experiences, video clips and reflections he shows how a highly skilled staff and players became one team. Presented by Original Talks at Imperial - Nordisk Film Biografer, København K. In Danish.
