Dr. Mikel Alonso: El cerebro optimista

"El cerebro optimista" is a 90-minute theatre talk by Dr. Mikel Alonso, a UCM PhD (cum laude) in neuroscience applied to human behaviour, a university lecturer for more than 25 years, an author and a mental trainer for elite athletes. Using neuroscience, music, images and audience interaction, it takes the audience through how the brain works, including beliefs, fears and automatic decisions, and how to train it to live with more meaning, energy and purpose.
