About This Event
An evening of storytelling and conversation about creativity and what it means to matter. Jennifer Breheny Wallace, author of Never Enough and Mattering, shares research on the science of mattering, and Kelly Corrigan draws on her exploration of creativity and making. The evening explores how our well-being grows when we create, connect and know that we matter to other people, as antidotes to overwhelm and disconnection. It features an individual talk from each author, an on-stage conversation and a book signing afterwards; books are on sale onsite. Ticket proceeds support the Stuyvesant High School Parents' Association.
