This hands-on culinary workshop teaches dough preparation from scratch, cooking techniques using multiple oven types (pizza oven, convection oven, grill), and topping experimentation. The curriculum emphasizes Food as Medicine principles: lower caloric content (~230 calories per 100g), enhanced digestibility through 72-hour fermentation, reduced gluten via blended flours, and anti-inflammatory topping options.
