John Strelecky live: Die 1-Minuten-Methode — Rostock

On his Die 1-Minuten-Methode tour, bestselling author John Strelecky (The Café on the Edge of the World, Big Five for Life) shares a simple, proven method for moving from the life you have today to the life you want: gently steering it with one redesigned minute per day. Drawing on psychology, brain research and the science of routines, he shows that you are your minutes, and that learning to shape them makes you the architect of your own story. Talk and reading at Volkstheater Rostock, Großes Haus, Rostock, in English with a live German interpreter on stage.
