John Hammersmark: Det kan alltid bli verre — Oppdal

Join an inspiring journey into the human mind at Oppdal Kulturhus in Oppdal as John Hammersmark sheds light on how we can navigate life's challenges. In everyday life we often run on autopilot, steered by instincts, emotions and habits, and many of us let fear hold back our potential even in one of the world's safest societies. Drawing on 23 years in the Norwegian Armed Forces, including the special forces, he shares experiences and reflections on self-leadership, trust and collaboration, and what we can learn from high-performance teams. He argues that you can set high standards while keeping a friendly culture, where care, cooperation and psychological safety drive development and performance, and shares insights from Kompani Lauritzen on breaking barriers. The talk is in Norwegian.
