Autorenlesung & Impulsabend: Werde, wie du bist – Der Authentizitäts-Effekt — Magic Bavaria (München)

This author reading and impulse evening from HR-Kompetenzcenter asks what it really means to lead and act without a mask. Neuroscientist Prof. Dr. Michaela Brohm-Badry brings the latest findings from brain research, while actor Claudia Jahn shows how the unity of inner and outer self creates radical presence and impact in practice. Authenticity is presented not as a soft skill but as a decisive factor for modern leadership, charisma and mental health. The evening includes a reading and impulses from both authors, a short musical interlude, a guided experience tour of the Magic Bavaria museum and networking with the authors.
