Dominique Schreinemachers: Return to Base — Gorredijk

Return to Base is a theatre lecture by influence psychologist, bestselling author and former military helicopter pilot Dominique Schreinemachers. Drawing on twenty years as an operational pilot with the Dutch armed forces, including being shot down in Afghanistan, she shows how our beliefs, assumptions and automatic reactions steer our behaviour under pressure, and how to reclaim ownership and resilience by looking differently rather than working harder. With storytelling, psychology, humour and practical insight. Performed in Dutch.
