A 10-week Dare to Lead program held on Fridays from February 6 through April 17, 2026. Based on Dr. Brene Brown's research on courageous leadership, this extended format allows participants to deeply explore and practice the four skill sets of courage: rumbling with vulnerability, living into your values, braving trust, and learning to rise. The weekly format provides time for reflection and real-world application between sessions.
