Chris MacDonald: JUST HUMAN – Et foredrag om os — Silkeborg

In his new talk JUST HUMAN at Jysk Musikteater in Silkeborg, Chris MacDonald, one of Scandinavia's most sought-after speakers on health, behaviour and wellbeing, turns to what research says matters most for our health and quality of life: our relationships with each other. After his bestseller Ikke til forhandling, he spent six years working with leading researchers on physical and mental health for his upcoming book Os. He describes an evolutionary mismatch, a modern life that does not fit the biology and psychology we inherited, and how it affects both mental and physical wellbeing. This is not a talk about self-optimisation but a science-based evening about understanding yourself and others better, so that we get better at looking after ourselves and each other. Delivered with humour, warmth and energy. The talk is in Danish.
