Catalyst Conference 2026

Catalyst Conference is a long-standing gathering designed for next-generation church leaders, co-founded in 1999 by Andy Stanley, Reggie Joiner, John Maxwell, and other influential leaders. This three-day retreat invites you to press pause on your day-to-day routine and experience the reinvigorating energy of a community gathered to develop their leadership potential and impact their world. Catalyst hosts groups and individuals from nearly all denominations and more than 5,000 churches and faith-based organizations each year.
